LOU ALLOWAY | OWNER

With 30+ years of experience, Lou is a master carpenter and the owner of Alloway Construction & Restoration. Lou purchased the business from previous owner Kurt Schulte in 2020, after being an employee at “Schulte Restorations” for the majority of his career. He has a strong attention to detail that doesn’t go unnoticed with his clients, and loves everything about his profession. When he’s not working, he can usually be found spending time with family and friends.

LYNN FRANCHINO | OFFICE MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER

Lynn has been with the team for 10+ years and manages the day-to-day operations in the office. She loves traveling and on a more recent trip to Ireland, brought back samples of Connemara Marble for clients to consider for their countertop! When she’s not working, she may be found spending time with her two daughters and dogs, or trying out new kitchen gadgets to make some of her husband's favorite recipes.

THOMAS WARREN | PROJECT MANAGER

Thomas began his career crafting jewelry in a family-owned store in Kansas. Looking for a change, he answered a local ad for carpentry help and began mastering the building trades. Today he enjoys working on jobs that satisfy his love of art and intricate construction. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his son, dogs, and helping out his friends.

DAVID LAING | PROJECT MANAGER

David started his career as a software engineer but found he missed the hands-on practice of carpentry. Shifting careers, he now does what he enjoys as an Alloway team member and is responsible for the day-to-day on the jobsite. He’s usually the first to arrive to overview the schedule and ensure work gets underway promptly.
